Service & Clients Assistance Division (SCAD) is an autonomous organization which supplies technical assistance and consultancy for solution of various problems relevant to design, operation and maintenance, trouble shooting for primary and waste water treatment plants. SCAD provides complete operation and maintenance service. The activity covers Tecnomil's plants as well as plants built by other national and international contractors.

The specialists are experienced in the various sectors: hydraulic, process, mechanical, electrical and instrument. Their expertise is improved and updated by means of the daily field experience and of continuous contracts with the manufacturers of plant equipment and components.

SCAD Operating Center, available 24 hours basis, can provide the Clients with remote technical assistance by phone or organize, in the shortest time, the visit of specialists to plants all over the world.

Feasibility study: process design, detailed engineering, erection (civil and electromechanical works), construction management, plant commissioning and start-up, chemical analsys, primary and waste water treatment plant operation, routine maintenance and plant overhauling.

TWM™ is Company's special, integrated, patented, computer alded service which is designed for the realization and optimization of water quality, water consumption and reuse.
