Besides water, ozone is also able to treat efficaciously the polluted air. In this field, Tecnomil has realized the first ozone plant for elimination of ill smells deriving from city waste compostage.
The high oxidation capacity of ozone places it in the range both as regards the elimination of polluting matters residuating from industrial processes and the disinfection of water to be conditioned. In this case, in fact, the tolerated chlorine concentration compared to the ozone’s, would not be enough to destroy the biologically harmful matters dissolved in water.
